In 1996 Tyler Brûlé launched Wallpaper magazine which became a point of reference for other design magazines across the world and has become part of the cultural vernacular. His latest achievement is the foundation of the international magazine Monocle: An international briefing on current affairs, business, culture and design aimed at people who have a global perspective on life. He is also the founder of the design and trend agancy Winkreative and is a regular columnist for the Financial Times, UK.
